Please bring two pieces of identification with you. We will be required to verify who we are providing legal advice to. One piece of identification will need to have your photograph. The second piece of identification will need to have your name and signature.

Please also bring along any documents that you feel may be relevant for your lawyer to review. As we do not know the details of your matter yet, it is hard to recommend specific documents. Generally in family matters, please bring along your marriage certificate, relevant statements showing assets and debts, documents that relate to property owned either by yourself, your spouse, or jointly, and documents relating to your income.

Our lawyers work with many clients and maybe unreachable when in court or with another client. If you need to speak with your lawyer urgently, please call our office at 604-539-2103 and ask to speak to your lawyer’s assistant. The assistant may be able to provide you with the information you need or advise when you can expect an answer to your question from your lawyer. Please note that assistants will not be able to provide you with legal advice.
